Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges for any item that is in its original, saleable condition. Please ensure that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Save your packing slip: The packing slip serves as your receipt and must be included with your return or exchange.
2. Contact us by email: Please send us an email with your order number, which can be found on your packing slip and order confirmation email. In your email, indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
3. Return shipping: Please note that we do not offer free return shipping, except in the event of a manufacturer's defect. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Ship the item: Once you have received confirmation from us, securely package the item and ship it back to our location in Staunton, Virginia. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item is eligible for return or exchange, we will process your refund or exchange within five business days. 

Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item. Your original shipping cost is not refundable.
